A mixed media art piece titled ‘Eccentric Whim III’. Depicted are six colorfully painted bow ties mounted to a white canvas ground. The work is signed by hand in the lower right ‘Melnick 1988c’. It is presented in a clear acrylic frame with a hanging wire on the verso.

several areas of paint loss and fading to item, scuffs and shallow scratch marks to the acrylic frame, 1" black scuff mark on left edge of frame and 1" scratch on right front center
