A unique mixed media Retablo sculpture by Claudio Jimenez Quispe (Peruvian) comprised of painted pasta, a blend of plaster and cooked potato. This colorful piece is housed in a latched front box with floral painted details in hues of blue, red, orange, yellow, tan, white, purple, and black. The interior of this box features a highly detailed scene filled with skeletons in traditional Peruvian clothing dancing and playing assorted instruments. The artist’s signature can be found to the back of the box along with an info sticker and ‘Made In Peru.’ There is a simple hook for hanging.

- Minor nicks and scratches throughout that seem intentional.
