Item Details
A pair of 1997 mixed media artworks on canvas. Titled Dead Christmas Tree #1 and Dead Christmas Tree #2, these feature photographic prints of dead pine trees, branches stripped of their leaves, with applied torn remnants of wrapping paper and metallic gold tone paint, under a layer of clear resin. They are unframed, mounted to wooden stretchers that are dated, titled, and signed what appears to read ‘Larry Fri Jachs’ on verso. Please see related lot 17STA031-076.
Condition
- some minor wear to the exposed edges, pieces do have noticeable mildewy odor
