Item Details
A pairing of Mid Century mallard ceramic TV lamps by Maddux of California. Each ceramic piece features a mallard taking off in flight above a foliate base with openings, finished in glossy glazes. The lamps have the light to the backside and maker’s marks on the undersides. The lamp with a brass base is numbered ‘E27855M 833’ and copyrighted ’59, and the other is numbered 889 and copyrighted ’60.
Condition
Consistent with age and use. Both tested and powered on, and they could benefit from cleaning.
