The machine comes with the original case cover, instruction/owner’s manual, the electric foot pedal, a buttonholer in the original case, and a case containing zig-zag templates, bobbins, plates, feet, screwdriver, oil container, spool holder, and similar items.

The machine turned on and made noise. Otherwise, not tested.
