A complete fifteen volume set of the Works of Nathaniel Hawthorne, published 1883 by Houghton, Mifflin & Co. Each volume is illustrated with engravings, and bound in a red cloth hardcover with an applied label to the spine.
Condition
- light cover wear consistent with age, and water damage to some covers which does not penetrate far into the interiors. Some hinges are loose but all are attached.
