An oil painting on canvas board of lumberjacks by listed artist Lucian Lupinski (1918-2002). Depicted are two men working in a forested area. The landscape is covered in a blanket of snow. This work is signed by to the lower right. To the verso, is an artist estate stamp. Presented without glass in a wood frame.

Raised in Ohio, Lucian Lupinski studied at Ohio State University, the Grand Central School of Art, the Art Students League in New York, and the American Academy of Art in Chicago. He was an artist-in-residence for The Saturday Evening Post. His murals can be found in the Toledo Cathedral, the Museum of Art and Industry in Chicago, and religious buildings in eastern U.S. states.
