The coin features Anastasius 1 and is reads ‘D N ANASTASIVS P P AVG’ on the front and a winged figure bearing a cross staff that reads ‘VICTORI A AVGGG’ and ‘CONOB’. It is presented in a 14K yellow gold setting.
