A collection of six books from the Macmillan’s Pocket Classics series. These brown clothbound hardcover volumes reprinting classic works of literature were published between 1914 and 1921 by the Macmillan Company of New York. The titles in this collection are Washington Irving’s Sketch Book, Addison’s Sir Roger de Coverley, Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol with A Cricket on the Hearth, Charles Dicken’s A Tale of Two Cities, Alfred Lord Tennyson’s Idylls of the King, and Selections From American Poetry.
