Lionel Barrymore Foil Etchings and Plate Collection

A collection of art by Lionel Barrymore including eight gilt foil etchings after the original works by actor and skilled graphic artist Lionel Barrymore (1878-1954). The titles of this collection include Rocky Point, Quiet Waters, Nantucket, Shoreside Farm, San Pedro, Point Mugu, Point Pleasant and Purdy’s Basin, signed in plate. Each image is set behind glass with matching wooden frames and cream mats. Also included are two Gorham collector’s plates with the images of Quiet Waters and San Pedro. In addition, this generous collection provides four Prestige dinner mats with laminated images by Lionel Barrymore.

- Various; some waving throughout foils, corner of “Shareside Farm” has tear.
