An official first day cover collection of the 2002 Greetings From America U.S. postage stamp issue. This collection includes fifty individually designed 34-cent stamps inspired by classic souvenir postcards, with large text bearing ‘Greetings From’ each U.S. state; each stamp is affixed to a postcard featuring an image from an actual vintage postcard of that state. Each card is postmarked from the capital city of the featured state with a pictorial postmark dated April 4, 2002. The postcards are presented in ten labeled envelopes inside a blue box marked ‘Greetings from America Official First Day Cover Collection’.
