A German porcelain figurine by Sandizell, Hoffner & Company. This figure depicts a seated woman in a voluptuous dress playing the mandolin. The woman’s dress is composed of white and pink painted porcelain sculpted to resemble draped lace and ruffles. There are floral sprays to the skirt and back of the chair and gilt detailing to the base. The underside is stamped ‘D Sandizell’ above a crown and additionally marked ‘West Germany’.

- minor marks; some chips on dress; light dirt residue.
