A oil painting on canvas by American artist Hunt Slonem (1951). This painting depicts a pair of blue-tinged birds surrounded by gold tone foliage with a red accent near the lower left corner. The painting is signed, titled, and dated to the back of the canvas. It is presented in a gold tone and brown wooden frame with a hanging wire attached to back. Hunt Slonem is an American artist and member of the Neo-Expressionist art movement. His work, often featuring tropical elements such as birds, was largely inspired by his time in Nicaragua.
