A vintage halftone lithograph advertisement for the Willys-Overland Company. This advertisement is a two page magazine spread after an illustration by American artist Coles Phillips (1880-1927). It depicts a female figure sitting behind an isolated steering wheel with a glowing yellow windshield in front of a black background. In matching yellow letters ‘Overland $615’ is printed above the image. To the right of the illustration is a short article titled ‘O. K’d by the Nation’. The advertisement is signed in plate ‘Coles Phillips’ near the bottom right of the image. The advertisement is presented in a black and silver tone wooden frame, double matted, and under glass.

Condition

- Creased and dented. Small hole at top center of sheet. Screw holes in frame, one screw still present.
