Pair of Framed Prints After "Vogue" Magazine Covers

Item Details

A pair of framed offset lithographs after Vogue magazine covers. Includes a print after the March 15, 1939 edition cover depicting a painting by Eduardo Benito of a white dove flying over Parisian building. In the dove’s is a white card that reads ‘Paris Opening II’. The print is signed in plate ‘Benito’ and the cover is titled ‘Vogue’ to the upper left. Also includes a print after the October 1, 1934 edition cover depicting a woman wearing a maroon hat with a yellow feather and a matching dress. ‘Vogue’ is printed in yellow to the top left and ‘New York Fashions October 1 1934 Price 35 Cents’ is printed in black to the lower left corner. Both prints are presented in metal frames, matted, and under plexiglass.
