Mid 19th Century Eastlake Mahogany Vanity Dresser
Item Details
A mid 19th century, Eastlake mahogany vanity dresser. This antique piece features a carved burl veneer pediment with incised detailing over a rectangular vanity mirror flanked by fluted stiles with two candle shelves and brackets attached to the rectangular top of the dresser. The dresser features three burl veneer front drawers with dual bail pulls, a center keyhole and Knapp joinery flanked by fluted stiles extending down to a carved apron and block feet. The dresser is marked ‘85’ to the back.
