A vintage Artini hand painted engraving on resin by Maurleon. This realistic piece depicts an imploring man with his horse on a country lane, and combines scrimshaw techniques with hand painting for a unique aesthetic. The work is engraved with the artist’s name to the lower right, and is presented in a decorative gold tone wood and gesso frame. A sawtooth hanger and information about Artini are affixed to the verso.

- gesso decoration chipped to center right of frame; frame chipped to bottom left; backing is ripped in several places.
