A vintage circa 1940s 18K yellow and rose gold cartouche pendant. This design features a cartouche-shaped frame with brightly polished rose gold Egyptian hieroglyphs, which translate in English to, ‘Barbara’. The rose gold motifs are set over a satin yellow gold field, with a brightly polished yellow gold frame.
