Antique Victorian Style Oak Buffet With Cabinet

An antique Victorian style oak buffet with cabinet. This piece featured a molded trim with acanthus leaf relief over a shell and scroll detail over four cabinet doors. The two central cabinet doors feature oval glass panels opening to two shelves. The central cabinets are flanked by cabinet doors with floral relief detail rising on two turned posts and a back stop featuring a banister rail. The second unit features a rectangular top over two drawers over two cabinet doors with S-scroll detail depicting a scaled creature. The cabinet doors are flanked by turned pilasters resting on a raised plinth base. There are no visible maker’s marks.
