A waterfall cedar chest by Lane Furniture. This chest is made of cedar wood with decorative veneer to the exterior, having a hinged waterfall top over a rectangular body with carved bracket feet. The interior has a hinged shelf with locking till. Includes key. The maker’s mark is found inside the chest with original paper advertising label. The latch mechanism has been removed from the lid for safety purposes. Circa 1940s.
