A 1899 Russian ten roubles gold coin. The obverse of the coin depicts the head of the ruler Nicholas II facing left; the reverse depicts a crowned double-headed imperial eagle with ribbons on the crown. It is presented in a fitted holder marked ‘Gold Coins of the Great Powers of Europe’. Composition 90% gold. At mint: diameter 22.7 mm, weight 8.6 grams.
