A Precor EFX 5.21 elliptical trainer. Designed to provide a low-impact workout, this machine features a sturdy welded steel frame with a warm gray powder coat finish. The fixed handlebars are covered in soft padding. The patented EFX motion allows the heels to stay in contact with the foot pad, which helps to reduce muscle and tendon stress. It provided smooth and quiet operation when tested. This item is located on the lower level of the home.
