A hand-knotted Pakistani Kazak carpet runner. The rug features five diamond medallions with serrated edges in a palette of powder blue, navy, bright yellow and pink on a deep red field. The field is surrounded by a compound Kazak border that features a pattern of florals in a complementary palette. It has overcast edges with a wool fringe to either end. It is marked to the back ‘Hand Knotted in Pakistan, 100% woolen Pile’.
