A framed oil painting on canvas of crashing waves. Signed illegibly by hand to the lower right corner appearing to read ‘D. Gonpel’, this painting depicts the large crashing waves of the ocean while the sun sets in the cloud filled sky. The painting is mounted in a carved, gold tone wood frame with a blue fabric liner and gold tone fillet.
