This detailed piece depicts a court scene with a red-cheeked young figure approaching the throne of a Solomon,who has one arm raised, while three other figures present in the scene seem to be reacting to the conversation. In the background of this needlepoint, palms and a city backed by blue hills can be seen through an archway. This piece is presented in a gold tone frame with a wire for hanging, and there is an included note from the original owner discussing the condition of the work attached to the verso.
