Empire Weighted Sterling Silver Salt and Pepper Shakers

Item Details

A pair of Empire weighted sterling silver salt and pepper shakers. The shakers follow classic silver forms with domed tops and a circular foot. The shakers were produced with glass inserts which keep the salt from reacting with the silver. The pieces were made by the Empire silver company of Brooklyn, New York and bear an impressed reading ‘Empire Sterling Weighted’.

Condition

- some minor surface wear with faint markings and tarnishing.
