Schofield Co. Vintage Sterling Silver Trophy Dish
Item Details
A vintage sterling silver trophy dish by Schofield Co. This piece is from the Southern Maryland Agricultural Association. It features an etched tree and fence to one side of the bowl, another side is etched ‘$12,500 Added, Feb. 23, 1957, Three Year-Olds and Up – Six Furlongs, Won by Kinda Smart, Owner E.K. Bryson,’ and the other side is etched ‘Bowie, The Burch Memorial Handicap’. The underside is stamped ‘Schofield Co. Baltimore’ above the mold numbers ‘1000 10’. The total approximate weight is 26.800 ozt.
