A pairing of vintage lithographs after works by August von Munchhausen titled Classic Rhythm and Classic Bow. Dated 1940. These monochromatic prints feature scenes “Drawn after life from the Ballet Russe, ‘Les Sylphides’” by August von Munchhausen (b. 1908) They are copyrighted New York Graphic Society Fine Art Publishers and plate signed and dated ’40 to the lower right. They are professionally presented under soft ivory mats in wooden frames with an antiqued silver tone finish. They are protected by acrylic glass with hanging wires to the verso.
