A collection of circa 1970s limited edition plates designed by Yiannis Koutsis, manufactured by Royal Cornwall, Ltd. This collection features twelve plates from ‘The Promised Land’ series. Featured plate titles include ‘The Battle of Amalek,’ ‘The Parting of the Red Sea,’ ‘Water from the Rock,’ ‘The Burning Bush,’ ‘Manna From Heaven,’ ’Pharaoh’s Daughter Finds Moses,’ ‘The Golden Calf,’ ‘Let My People Go!,’ ’Miriam’s Song of Thanksgiving,’ ‘The Ten Commandments,’ ‘Moses Smashes the Tablets’ and ‘The Glorious Tabernacle.’ Each individually numbered plate displays a colorful illustrated print to the face with artist and product information printed to the underside.
