A limited edition offset lithograph on canvas after an oil painting, titled An Invitation to Flight, by listed Missouri painter Bob Byerly (born 1941). This print depicts a trio of young children balance on a flying machine constructed from found objects, being encouraged to take to the air by a group of sparkling winged fairies. This piece, captured in naturalistic tones, is signed in plate and by hand to the lower right corner, and is numbered 358/400 to the lower left. This work is presented in a silver tone frame with a taupe liner and a wire for hanging to the verso.
