A power loomed Karastan English Manor area rug. This wool rug features the William Morris Red pattern with floral patterns and vines meandering across a red field. The primary border offers scrolling leaves. The rug is finished with serged edges and an applied fringe at either end. It has a tag marked ‘Karastan’ and ‘Woven in the USA of worsted New Zealand wool pile’ attached to the reverse.
