Item Details
A vintage Queen Anne style grandfather clock. This clock features a broken bonnet pediment with finial center, over a glass panel door with a flame mahogany panel below the glass, flanked by reeded column stiles and glass panel sides, all resting on a beveled and plinth base. The glass panel doors reveal a brass moon dial and arabic numeral dial with openwork metal hands and an inset second hand dial, brass pendulum and brass weights. The clock includes weighted, key-wind movement and it chimes three tunes including Westminster and Whittington and has a secondary dial to turn on and off striking. It is marked ‘Howard Miller Clock Company’ with a Registered Serial Number of ‘307582’.
