Scarlet and Bronze Tone Terracotta Urns
Item Details
A pair of scarlet and bronze tone terracotta urns. Both feature a round rim with shallow neck and round tapered body. The base features a fluted design. The neck and a small border near the base feature a bronze tone finish and the rest of the pieces feature a scarlet tone finish. A darker wax has been applied all over to complete the finish. The terracotta has been cut, formed and fired by artisans in the Guadalajara region of Mexico and glazed using regionally unique handmade paints and waxes.
