A limited edition serigraph, titled The Curtain, by Russian artist and designer Romain ‘Erté’ De Tirtoff (1892-1990). This print depicts a stately female figure, her head in profile, drawing back a heavy curtain. Four men, dressed in suits and bow ties, can by seen through the sheer panels of her skirt. This vibrantly-colored piece has a flocked pattern to the curtain, and is numbered 66/300 and signed in pencil to the lower margin. It is presented under glass in a dark wood frame with a double mat and wire for hanging.

Condition

- some light foxing to print; nicks and wear to frame.
