Vintage Abington and Royal China Vases

Item Details

A collection of vintage American ceramics. The Royal China Co. was founded in East Liverpool, Ohio in 1933 and the Abington pottery in 1934. Each of the pieces were made with printed floral designs and gilding with the East Liverpool example having an unusual design and decoration inspired by Royal Worcester. There are printed marks on the underside reading ‘Royal China Hand Painted’ and on the other ‘Abington Made in USA’.

- base wear and losses to the gilding.
