Item Details
A vintage full size bed frame and a nightstand by Sumter Cabinet Co. The walnut-finished headboard features a double-arched crest flanked by block-and-turned posts with ball finials. The foot board has a shaped panel and block-and-turned posts. The ends are joined by straight side rails. Also included is a nightstand with a rectangular, molded top over a single drawer. The drawer front is fitted with a brass tone handle and the nightstand rises on vase- and ring-turned legs joined by a stretcher shelf. One piece is marked ‘Sumter Cabinet Co. / Sumter, S.C. / Furniture Division / Korn Industries, Inc.’
