A chest of drawers with removable mirror by Fairmont Designs. This American Empire style piece is mahogany veneered, with a parquetry top; it has a double front, each side with four drawers, for a total of eight, and three shallow shelves on the sides, hidden behind push open doors. The beveled top overhangs the front somewhat, with leaf carved corbel style accents above twisted, tapered columns that separate the drawers along the front, which have dark metal knobs and bails. It has a beveled base and sits on bun feet. The removable mirror is arched with columnar side details.
