Antiqued Finish Bullet Style Terracotta Floor Vase in a Metalwork Base

Item Details

An antiqued finish bullet style terracotta floor vase in metalwork stand. The piece features a narrow neck with open mouth and fluted bottom. It features a beaded border near the top of the body which has been finished in a glossy bronze tone finish. The rest of the vase is finished in a matte cream tone under glaze with dark wax over. The vase rests in a circular tapered metal stand resting on four scrolled feet. The terracotta has been cut, formed and fired by artisans in the Guadalajara region of Mexico. The piece is finished in regionally unique handmade glazes and waxes.
