A limited edition bronze sculpture by Erté (Russian, 1892-1990) titled The Hunting. Roman De Tirtoff, known by the pseudonym Erte, was a Russian-born French designer who flourished in many fields including set design, fashion, and the graphic arts, spanning most of the 20th century. The work depicts a female figure with antlers and a striped tail and body. She sits on a mound semi-wrapped in a bare tree. The work is published by Fine Art Acquisitions and is numbered 301 of an edition of 375.
