East Asian Gouache Paintings on Silk
Item Details
A pair of East Asian gouache paintings on silk. These paintings each feature dark grounds to which a stacked trio of white, yellow, and brown animals have been painted, elephants in one and horses in the other. Each is presented under glass in red bamboo-style frames with green textile mats and wires for hanging. Neither is signed.
Condition
- glass is dusty; worn frame finishes; backing is loose on one; torn paper backing.
