A limited edition offset lithograph after a watercolor painting by P. Buckley Moss (American b. 1933) titled Maytag’s First – 1907. It depicts a woman in a blue gingham dress and white apron turning the handle of washtub. The covered wooden tub sits on legs and a sign on its side reads ‘Pastime The Maytag Company’. A little girl with a doll stands next to her mother watching her work. The print is titled and signed in graphite to the lower right and numbered 798/1000. It is mounted under glass with aqua, pink and light blue layered mats in a gray wood frame that is wired for hanging.
