A hand-colored lithograph titled Saint Louis by Saint Louis artist John Pils. The piece depicts a line drawing of a hot air balloon festival at the Saint Louis arch, with one balloon and the arch painted in with watercolors. It has the title written to the lower left corner and is signed by the artist to the lower right corner and dated ‘’92’. The piece is presented behind a double mat and glass in a thin metal frame. It has wire to the verso for hanging.

Condition

- there is residue under the glass predominantly to the upper left and to the verso.
