A 1972 sterling silver Mother’s Day plate, The plate depicts Arangement in Grey and Black No. 1 after the painting which is more commonly known as Whistler’s Mother by James Abbott McNeil Whistler ( 1834-1903) in relief to the front. The plate is #7771 of the Washington Mint edition of Mother’s Day plates in 1972. The plate has a total approximate weight of 9.560 ozt and comes in its original box with certificates of authenticity.
