A pair of Chinese guardian lion statues. The two ceramic statues feature a male guardian lion with his left paw on decorative sphere and a female guardian lioness with a playful cub. The pieces are marked on the underside.

- one of the guardian lions has a chip on the left nostril; debris and residue; surface, finish, and use wear.
