Winnie Harvey Chalk Pastel "Floral Still Life"
Item Details
A chalk pastel drawing on paper titled _Floral Still Life’ by listed Indiana artist Winifred ‘Winnie’ Harvey (1891-1964). This piece depicts a porcelain vase overflowing with green leaves and pinky white flowers. The softy-rendered work, with a striated green and yellow ground, is signed to the lower left corner. The piece is presented behind glass in a brown wood frame with a tan mat, and wire to the verso for hanging.
Condition
- glass could be cleaned more thoroughly; minor wear to frame finish; minor staining to mat.
