Item Details
An oil painting on canvas by American portrait and maritime painter Peter E. Egeli (born 1934). The scene depicts a barge named ‘Anne Arundel’ being loaded with logs and livestock in Maryland. It is signed by the artist to the lower left corner and dated ‘1974’. The painting is presented in a wood frame with linen lining and is strung for hanging to the verso.
Condition
- some edge wear to frame, canvas isn’t flush with frame lining at top.
