Antique George III Style Mahogany Commode, Circa 19th Century

Item Details

An antique George III style mahogany bedside commode. This commode features a square top with pierced handles to the gallery rails and a scalloped pediment over a slender drawer above two cabinet doors. The serpentine apron drawer slides open to accommodate a chamber pot and rests on marlborough legs. The drawer fronts feature a burl veneer and include brass tone decorative handles. There are no visible maker’s marks.
