A contemporary Persian style wool area rug. It features a repeating central floral palmette pattern in deep wine, natural gold, and various shades of olive green. This rug has a compound border with the inner layer featuring the same wine, gold, and olive tones over a beige background and the outer layer featuring a floral design in wine, gold, and olive tones over a darker gold background. The rug has a wool fringe to either end. It is unmarked.
