A set of two watercolor paintings on paper by artist E. Ryan of the American Watercolor Society. Featured are two complimentary winter landscape scenes, one vertically oriented and the other set horizontally. The images depict farm settings set against snowy mountain backdrops, utilizing a palette of pale blue, green, red and brown against white. The paintings are signed ‘E. Ryan AWS’ in black paint to the lower margin. Each is double matted in tan linen and coral and presented under glass in a wooden frame with hanging wire to the verso.

Condition

- minor wear to frame finishes; frames would benefit from dusting; sticker residue to frame glass.

Dimensions

- measures one frame; each visible image measures 10.5" W x 4.5" H.
