An original oil stick and pastel drawing depicting a spring mountain landscape by artist David Heil. This piece has stunning color in the fresh yellow greens of early spring among the forested mountain hillsides of the southwest region of the United States. The rendition features a distant view of a tree blanketed mountainside with a open grassland middle ground and a screen of pines to the foreground which provides a color transition from saturated yellow colors to the top to deep blue-greens to the bottom. the landscape panel is bordered by an abstract panel to the bottom for balance in the color transition. Signed by the artist to the lower left corner and dated 6/24/82.
